HuGBC & RICS Green Talk on March 7: Winners of the IFK Talentum Award 2017

Emblematic locations in Budapest have been re-designed by future real estate developers. The 3 winning projects are presented by the design teams on the event.

Real estate development is unthinkable today without meeting energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly solutions, such as meeting the economic and public interests, so it was great that all the projects - beyond creativity - put great emphasis on protecting the value of the environment.

The competition was organized by the Real Estate Development Roundtable Association (IFK) and HuGBC & RICS invite the winners to present their works to the audience.

IFK members also have a tremendous opportunity to renew and develop a building or city district. In this year's competition, the association chose specialty areas where significant development is possible where economic and public interest can meet. They expected works that take into account the use of renewable energy sources for the operation of energy-efficient, environmentally conscious buildings, while maintaining the safe operation of facilities.

The event's language is English.

 

Participation for HuGBC és RICS members and CEU students is free of charge.
